No experience is needed at all. Our classes are designed for beginners through to more experienced members, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
We offer classes for children from age 4, as well as teens and adults. Our timetable includes age-appropriate classes so everyone can train safely and confidently.
Comfortable workout clothing and a water bottle are all you need. Any required equipment will be explained or provided depending on the class.
